- Import duties, taxes, and VAT is not included. This is the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery based on each country's policies.
Cleansing Essentials bears no responsibility for shipping delays, damage, or loss. We advise opting for a priority mail upgrade at checkout to safeguard your items in the event of an unfortunate circumstance.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will reach out to you for an alternative address and additional shipping fees.
