SHIPPING / RETURNS

Orders are processed in 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Our Priority and part of our policy is making sure your order is packaged with care and shipped as quickly as possible. To ensure that orders arrive on time and without any mistakes, we are not able to combine or make changes to orders once they are submitted.

We offer free US first class shipping on orders $75+

  • U.S. Standard (First Class):

    • $5.95 flat rate

    • Estimated 2-7 shipping days (after 3-5 business day processing)

  • U.S. Priority Mail:

    • $8.95 flat rate

    • Estimated 1-3 shipping days (after 3-5 business day processing)

    • Includes insurance in case your package is lost or damaged

  • U.S. Priority Mail + Signature:

    • $11.95 flat rate

    • Estimated 1-3 days (after 3-5 business day processing)

    • Includes insurance in case your package is lost or damaged

    • Signature required for package to be delivered

  • International:

  • USPS International:

  • $29.95 flat rate

  • Estimated 1-3 weeks (after 3-5 business day processing)

  • Import duties, taxes, and VAT is not included. This is the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery based on each country's policies.

Cleansing Essentials is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss. We recommend selecting a priority mail upgrade at checkout to protect your items in case of an unfortunate circumstance.

If a package is returned to us due to the address being entered incorrectly at checkout, we will contact you for another address and additional shipping fees.

We accept cancellations within 24 hours, as long as your order has not already shipped. Please contact us with your order number to start the cancellation  process.

Due to the nature of our products, each batch will vary slightly in color and size. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us with your order number if you are not satisfied with our products, we'd love the opportunity to make it right and give you the best customer service as possible.
