WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our all-natural products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We know that it can be difficult to order new skin care products online, that is why we offer some samples, and are slowly expanding our sample selection.
Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are really unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.
HOW CAN I EXTEND THE LIFE OF MY SOAP?
Handmade soap will last a long time if kept away from heat in a dry place between uses. To extend the life of your soap, use a draining soap dish and keep it away from direct streams of water. We sell soap dishes in our shop, and we also include a complimentary pinewood soap dish with every new single Soap Subscriptions.
WHAT IS YOUR SOAP SOAPSCRIPTION POLICY?
Each month you will receive two soaps priced at $9 or less, a quote of the month, and an additional surprise gift. There is no delivery fee, and you will also receive a handcrafted natural pine wood soap dish with your first SOAPSCRIPTION!
You have the option of picking your soaps of choice, or we can surprise you each month. Your monthly soaps must be $8.00 or less.
I will need a month in advance if you choose to change your soaps for your next delivery.

Orders go out at the beginning of the month, between the 1st and the 7th. If you email us between those dates with your new choices, you will get your new soaps the following month.
Examples: Jan 1st – 7th, email me with your new soap choices between those dates to receive them on Feb 1st-7th.
Cancellation Rules and Regulations
*Cancellations of soap subscription require 30 days to be processed. Depending on your cancellation date and billing cycle, you might be billed and additional month.

We do not have promotion codes. We hold specials and sales regularly throughout the year.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT MELTS IN WARM WEATHER?
We do not use synthetic stabilizers or waxes, so our delicate natural products packaged in glass jars and metal tins are sensitive to temperature changes.
While shipping during warm weather seasons presents a real challenge to our natural skin care company, we accept the challenge in order to maintain our standard of natural and nourishing skin care. We hope you agree.
During warm weather, products may soften or even melt as they sit in warm mail trucks, mailboxes, or on front porches.
The quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting.
On sunny or warm days, BEFORE opening the jars or tins, place the items in your refrigerator for a few hours to allow them to harden, just in case they have melted in transit. If you open items, especially those in tins, to check if melting has occurred, they may spill and make a mess!
Whipped Body Butters:
Our hand-whipped process adds tiny air bubbles that increase the volume, just like whipping cream. If a whipped product melts, the air bubbles collapse and the volume is decreased.
So, although the jar was filled to the top initially, there will be less volume in the container (since it has deflated) and the container may actually look half full.
After cooling, a melted Whipped Butter will be the consistency of a balm and is still a great moisturizer.
If a Sugar Scrub melts, the oil may separate out a bit. Place it in the refrigerator. As it begins to harden up--give it a stir and place it back in the refrigerator. Once it's solidified and mixed it will be great to use!
What is most important is that neither the healing properties of the product nor the usability will be affected by the melting.
WILL CLEANSING ESSENTIALS PRODUCTS HEAL MY ROSACEA, ECZEMA OR PSORIASIS?
We often receive emails from customers with chronic irritated or inflamed skin problems.
We have learned that for some people simply switching to a natural product may help with their skin issues.
We believe that natural ingredients are milder, healthier and gentler on the skin. In some cases, it’s what's NOT in our products, that is often the most helpful to your skin.
While we cannot promise that our products will help heal your inflamed or irritated skin conditions, we have received a lot of feedback from customers telling us that our products have helped soothe irritated skin problems. My son got rid of his eczema by simply using our soaps and butters, but it might not be the same case for everyone.
Please note that our products are NOT drugs or medicines meant to treat or cure illness, which would require FDA testing and approval. Our products are intended to help soothe irritated skin.
**** Before trying any new skincare product, you should first perform a spot test. Apply a small amount of product to the skin of your forearm. Leave for 24 hours. If a reaction occurs, immediately discontinue use. Please always read ingredients carefully in case of any allergy.
